Medical Check-up

Arrange for a medical examination of selected candidates to ensure they meet health standards required for employment in the host country.

Visa Processing

Initiate and manage the visa application process for the selected candidates, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted to facilitate their legal entry into the host country.

Orientation and Travel Arrangement

Provide orientation for the candidates to prepare them for their roles and make travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, for their relocation.

Final Approval

Secure final approval from the employer to confirm the selected candidates' hiring and readiness for deployment.

Deployment

Facilitate the deployment of the selected candidates to their respective positions in the host country, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.

Feedback Collection

Gather feedback from both the employer and the deployed candidates to evaluate the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement in future cycles.
