Documents Required for Demand Attestation

The following documents must be attested by the Nepalese embassy or consulate, the chamber of commerce, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the host country. All documents should bear the official stamps and signatures of the relevant authorities.

Demand Letter

This letter should be addressed to B.J. Overseas Pvt. Ltd., License No. 452/060/061, Kathmandu, Nepal. It must clearly outline the number of workers required in each category, including specific details on salary, job duties, working hours, provisions for food and accommodation, and any additional benefits for the workers.

Power of Attorney

This document should authorize B.J. Overseas Pvt. Ltd., License No. 452/060/061, Kathmandu, Nepal, to act as the true and lawful attorney and agent for the Nepali party. It should be duly signed and notarized as required.

Sample Employment Contracts

A signed and stamped copy of the employment contract is required for each worker. This contract should detail the terms of employment, including job responsibilities, remuneration, and other relevant conditions.

Guarantee Letter

The guarantee letter should be addressed to the Director General of the Department of Foreign Employment, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of Nepal. It must contain an undertaking that the requested Nepalese workforce will be engaged within the country and will not be deployed to other countries.

Agency Agreement

This internal agreement must be established between the foreign employer in the host country and B.J. Overseas Pvt. Ltd. It should outline the terms of cooperation and responsibilities of both parties regarding the employment of Nepalese workers. .
